How Pickup Works

1. Choose your meats and quantity (brisket, ribs, pulled pork, turkey).

2. Reserve a 15-minute pickup slot in the booking form.

3. We slice and pack hot for your exact timeslot so there\'s no waiting.

4. Pickup hours: Saturdays only, 4:00–8:00 PM.
